Coach - Russell Smith

Russell's first triathlon was way back in 1986 and wetsuits, aerobars, carbon bikes as well as triathlon gear were things of the future. Triathlon has come a long way since that first endurance outing so when it comes to knowing a thing or two about endurance sport, over 30 years of participation has provide Russell with a huge amount of knowledge that he is keen to pass on.

He has competed twice in the Ironman World Champs in Hawaii and won his age group in the standard distance triathlon World Champs back in 2012.
